    2. Branch Network

      • We operate 6 branches and 2 sales centers strategically located across Tanzania to ensure that members in rural and urban areas can access our services conveniently.
      • Our branches include accessible entryways and service counters for persons with disabilities.
    3. Customer Support

      • We provide multi-channel customer support through phone, email, and in-person services to address member inquiries and support requests effectively.
    4. Financial Literacy Programs

      • We offer financial literacy training to ensure all members, including those from underserved communities, can understand and benefit from our products and services.
    5. Loan Products for Persons with Disabilities

      • Special loan products designed to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities, aligned with the government’s disability guidelines.
